Shipping Policy – Poudoca Beachwear

Shipping Coverage

Currently, Poudoca Beachwear ships exclusively to the United States. We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (FREE): 7 – 14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 – 7 business days (additional fee applied at checkout)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. If you need your order sooner, you can select Express Shipping during checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your purchase. During this time, we conduct quality assurance, pack your order, and prepare it for dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Note: During high-volume sales or promotional periods, processing and delivery may take longer. Please allow up to 14–20 days in such cases.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us at info@poudoca.com, including your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Handmade Items

For any handmade or special edition products, please allow up to 2 weeks of additional production and processing time before shipping. We take great care to ensure the highest quality and freshness of all materials.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of placing them. If you wish to cancel, email us as soon as possible at info@poudoca.com. Once an order begins processing, we may not be able to cancel it.

Returns Upon Delivery

  • Please check your package immediately upon delivery.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, contact us at info@poudoca.com for fast return or refund processing.
  • If the packaging is undamaged and meets return policy conditions, we will gladly accept your return.
