Return & Exchange Policy – Poudoca Beachwear

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may work out differently than planned. If this happens, we have a general return/exchange process to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@poudoca.com with your order number. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back

Once your return/exchange is approved and you receive our return address, please send the item back within 7 days following the instructions provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and proceed with a replacement or refund accordingly.

Please Note:

  • You must contact us before returning any item. Direct returns to our warehouse or through your local post office without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Email us at info@poudoca.com with the subject line “RETURN”.
  • Refunds and exchanges are issued only for items that comply with this policy. If you wish to dispute an order, you must contact us before submitting any refund request through a third party.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to sizing issues, change of mind, damages caused by use, washing, self-repair, or other human intervention. Only defective products qualify for returns or exchanges.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We cannot refund items that appear to be worn, washed, or altered. Please note: replacement items are not eligible for refunds. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Issues

Poudoca Beachwear is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer error (e.g., incorrect address, missing contact info, or refusal of delivery). In such cases, refunds cannot be issued. If you realize your order details are incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@poudoca.com with your order number and correct information.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please do not return items to the sender’s address on the package. Contact our support team to receive the correct return shipping address.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once your returned item has arrived and passed inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. You will not be charged any additional fees.

You will receive an email notification once we receive your return and another once the refund is issued. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
